Welcome to the concierge practice of Dr. Gigi Kroll and Dr. Doug McConnaughey. With over 26 years of experience in private practice, Dr.Kroll and Dr. McConnaughey, a husband-and-wife team, have created an office centered on state-of-the-art, personalized care. This model allows them to dedicate more time to each patient, offering an unhurried, comfortable environment that supports deeper conversation through evaluations and proactive wellness planning.
Services include lab draws with Primex, ultrasound services, IV hydration, InBody composition analysis, and MonaLisa Touch vaginal CO2 laser treatment. The concierge model also allows for treatment of acute problems at an earlier stage and offers a 24/7 emergency line for complete peace of mind.
As a certified menopause specialist, Dr. Kroll loves educating and advocating for women in all stages of life. She and her team treat adolescence, preconception, first trimester of pregnancy, full gynecology, hormonal regulation, perimenopause, menopause, and preventative care.
As an Internal Medicine physician practicing in both outpatient and inpatient care, Dr. McConnaughey manages acute medical emergencies as well as complex medical problems, including cardiac, pulmonary, and metabolic diseases. He also focuses on screening, preventative care, and education to optimize health and longevity.
Both Dr. Kroll and Dr. McConnaughey have been active in the medical community for over two decades and have developed relationships with specialists at multiple area hospitals, including Hoag Hospital, CHOC, Orange Coast Memorial, UCI, and City of Hope. This allows for coordination of care for complex medical problems.

Lifestyle and Primary Care
Our medical philosophy emphasizes the care of the whole person including strategies for optimizing disease prevention, enhancing screening methods, education on important lifestyle modifications, and partnering with our patients to achieve wellness goals. The concierge model allows ample time for visits, including acute care with same day or next day appointments and 24-hour access to an emergency line. This not only provides peace of mind, but an ability to identify and treat conditions at the earliest stages thus reducing Emergency Department and Urgent Care visits and optimizing wellness.
Gynecology
Dr. Kroll and her team provide comprehensive gynecology services including both surgical and nonsurgical management of diseases. This includes in -office screening and treatment, management of abnormal pap smears, abnormal uterine bleeding, painful periods, endometriosis, sexual health, ovarian cysts, PCOS, contraception including Nexplanon & IUD insertions (with reduced pain strategies), family planning, preconceptual counseling, management of the first trimester of pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, urinary tract infections, and post-menopausal bleeding.
Outpatient surgeries include hysteroscopy, intrauterine polyp or fibroid removal, cervical dilation and endometrial curettage (D&C), endometrial ablation, laparoscopy for the treatment of endometriosis, ovarian cysts, or bilateral salpingectomy (tubal removal) for permanent sterilization. Cosmetic procedures include bilateral labiaplasty.
Certified Menopause Specialist
Dr. Kroll has obtained certification as a menopause specialist through the Menopause Society. The comprehensive background training and continuing education allows her to provide the most complete and up-to-date perimenopausal and menopausal care to women. At this time only 4% of women in the US are on hormone replacement, and many are not offered it by their healthcare providers due to lack of training or knowledge. Dr. Kroll is passionate about educating women through this hormonal transition, offering solutions (including a full range of hormonal and non-hormonal options) to improve their quality of life and enhance disease prevention by monitoring through blood work, bone density analysis, body composition evaluation, coronary calcium scores, and other modalities. Dr. Kroll is also a certified provider of Biote pellets.

IV Hydration and Infusion Therapy
Hospital settings have historically used IV hydration and infusion of medications and supplements to restore health and improve well-being. We are excited to offer the same benefits to you in the comfort of our beautiful office. Therapies include treatments for illnesses including flu, food poisoning, hang-overs, jet-lag, or nausea and vomiting associated with pregnancy. In addition, medications can be administered for symptom relief. IV therapy can also enhance performance especially when paired with NAD and/or B12 as well as other supplements. Patients on a weight-loss journey using GLP-1 medications can benefit from IV hydration to avoid constipation. Dr. Kroll and her team offer same day services and an individualized care plan, as well as packages for your ongoing health journey.
Regenerative Aesthetics
We are dedicated to the care of the whole patient, and that includes skin, hair, and personal hygiene. We offer the Nutrafol product line, Ina intimate skincare products, as well as GK-formulated compounded hair growth and estriol skincare treatment.
In addition, we have collaborated with Jennifer Moller, PA-C, owner of Skinwise Aesthetics, to conveniently introduce our patients to her full line of medical-grade regenerative skincare products and services, which include lasers, advanced injectables, skin rejuvenation treatments such as microneedling, peels, and exosomes, non-surgical hair restoration, cosmetic consultations, and medical dermatology services for acne, eczema, melasma, rosacea, and skin cancer screening.

INSURANCE INFORMATION
We are contracted with most PPO insurance companies. Drs. Kroll, McConnaughey and Aileen charge a separate concierge membership fee but will bill your insurance for all medical care delivered. We are not contracted with Medicare, Medical, or HMO plans.
